Shipping Policy

All orders take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out. During the holiday season it may be extended. 

Undeliverable Packages

All undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the total order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Delivered packages 

All packages marked as delivered by USPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make arrangements when packages are being delivered. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE SHIPPED & or delivered!
